Notice for charging refund service fee by China Eastern Airlines Customer Service Center

Dear passengers:

       China Eastern Airlines Customer Service Center provides ticket upgrade service (except special ticket) for various channels of sales, by

 charging an extra fee (3%  domestic ticket,up to 200yuan or 5% international   ticket up to 1000 yuan) when apply for refund after

charging change via Customer Service Center.

      If a passenger/proxy implemented a violation or suspectedviolation of state laws and regulations (including but not limited to, use a credit 

card to cash out, the behavior of the fraud),  China Eastern airlines has the right to change channels of refund, extend the refund time

measures.
